What I collect, and what happens to it.

What I collect

What you give me: your name, email, and phone number when you fill out a form; your answers to the analysis and assessment -- which include things like training history, injuries, schedule, and goals; and what you send me in check-ins and messages. If you book a call, the booking details. If you buy coaching, payment happens through Stripe -- your card details go to Stripe, never to me or this site.

What I use it for

To do the work: build your analysis or program, coach you, respond to you, and send you email you've asked for or that relates to your analysis or coaching. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works.

One thing worth being direct about: I also use de-identified, aggregated intake and training data -- stripped of anything that identifies you -- to improve the assessment and programming systems behind my coaching. Your name never travels with it.

What I never do

I don't sell your information. I don't rent it, trade it, or hand your contact details to other businesses for their marketing.

Who touches the data

A few services run this operation, and your data passes through them: HighLevel (LeadConnector) handles forms, booking, and email; Stripe handles payments; Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs; Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces; and essay pages with audio embed a Spotify player. Each has its own privacy policy and receives only what it needs to do its job.

Health-adjacent information

Some of what you share -- injuries, pain, health goals -- is personal. I treat it that way: it's used to build and adjust your program, seen by me, stored in the systems above, and not shared beyond them. I'm a coach, not a healthcare provider, so this isn't medical-records data under HIPAA -- but I hold it to that spirit.

Keeping and deleting it

I keep client records while we work together and afterward, so your history is there if you come back. If you want your information deleted, get in touch and I'll delete what I'm not legally required to keep (like payment records) and confirm when it's done.

Kids

This site and my coaching are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and contact
