Most coaching is a workout plan and a macro target. This isn't that. I build a training practice and a way of eating that fits your life -- designed around your goal, and built to run for decades, not weeks.

Coaching since 2008. I built the assessment and programming system behind Level Method -- thousands of athletes have come up through it. This is that experience, pointed at one person at a time.

How it works

    It starts with a real assessment

    The free analysis is the first part. Once we start, the assessment goes deeper in three directions: History & Coaching, Nutrition & Lifestyle, and a Movement Screen & Posture Analysis. History gives me enough context to start the build. The movement screen lets me finish the specific movement, mobility, and durability work. Nutrition & Lifestyle is completed in time for the kickoff so the eating and recovery side is ready when we begin. Together, they show me the body, history, habits, schedule, and real life the complete practice has to fit. This is where most of the thinking happens.

    I build the practice -- durability first

    We address how you move and build around the old injuries before piling on intensity, then build strength on a body that's ready for it. The practice is built around you -- sessions flex to what you need and the time you've got, down to a 20-minute floor when things are especially tight. Plus a simple way of eating, weighted to what you're after.

    We run it, then it's yours

    We work in twelve-week blocks. A kickoff call walks through the whole program, weekly check-ins keep everything in focus, we review and adjust at the midpoint, and a handoff call at the end makes the program fully yours. The coaching lasts twelve weeks. The program is built to outlast the coaching, designed to keep running for many months after handoff, often longer, as long as your body, life, and goal remain stable. One block may be all you need. If your body, life, or goal later changes enough that the program itself needs rebuilding, we fit the next block to the person you've become. I only sell one block at a time. The goal is a practice you can run without me -- with light accountability afterwards if you want me in your corner.

Who it's for

I can only take a few people at a time, so everyone gets real attention. We work together remotely, so it doesn't matter where you are. If you're serious about making a change that actually sticks, we're probably a good fit.

This is premium one-on-one coaching, and it's priced like it. If you're shopping for the cheapest option, this isn't it -- no hard feelings.
